I am a predator. I hunt the weak... the diseased... the irrelevant... I cull the herd to ensure its ultimate survival. This is what I am; this is what I will always be. Corruption is the disease upon society that makes it weak. In a strong society, anarchy is irrelevant. These are the beliefs that rest in my heart; the beliefs that I'll hold true till the day I die. And so I hunt. As I have hunted through the years. As I have been hunting since the beginning of the most defining period of our lives, Reconstruction. Reconstruction, that's when it all started, when the people united and fought for what we have now. It was inevitable... just as how it used to be was inevitable. The Nexus of All Realities, where peoples from across space and time converged to live out their lives. In such a diversely mixed environment, it was inevitable that the strong would eventually lord over the weak. Might made right not more than a little over a decade ago. Then came that defining moment, when we sweated and we bled and we died, all for the chance of the knowledge that we have now, the knowledge that is was all worth it. That is why I truly do what I do. That is why I serve the goverment in the capacity that I do. That is why I will not let you and your kind make vain what the people now have. That is why you will now die. *...a corrupt man dies, his head rolling to a rest on his carpeted floor, neck spewing forth crimson, and the people sleep just a bit more soundly*

Let's face it, talk is cheap, but then again, so is life. My life's expendable, as are the lives of the corrupt, the unjust, the incompetent and so forth. Don't get me wrong, I'd take a little corruption and injustice over extreme incompetence if I have to. What's important to people as a whole is not whether or not justice is served, but whether or not they can wake up in the morning and get on with their lives. Whether or not they can go through the day, the month, the year and grow somewhere along the line. Who am I to hold such views? Well, who am I *not* to do so? What? Let the corrupt, the unjust and the incompetent do it? I think not. Once I die, I'm dead. It won't matter to me whether or not I can still get through the day and maybe grow a little, but it'll matter to the people still alive, and that's who I am to hold such views.

Unnatural Lethality

     Polymorph: Ultimate

  • Ranged Attack Only
  • Target Seeker
  • Ranged and Melee Attack

Let's be forward about this, I'm a Nelkere, someone who's somehow... exceptional. I wouldn't be here if I weren't. The Nexus is littered with us, though of course, "normal" people make up the majority. Does it really matter how we came about our "talents"? If you must know, I was born with mine. It surfaced a little before I reached adolescence. So what is it I can do you wonder? What's this great "power" I possess? Basically, I wield objects with lethality. Doesn't sound terribly impressive, does it? Then again, I'm a simple man, so a simple Nelke suits me. It offsets the simple weakness I have for a good cup of tea. The Qing Teahouse is a favorite of mine. It's not just the tea; it's the presentation. The tearooms there put one immediately at ease, and the tea sets there are simply exquisite. The cups are there as much to be admired, their delicate beauty savored, as they are to drink from, or to shatter in such a way as to seep in and disrupt the surveillance keeping an eye on me there or even to stop tanks dead in their tracks. They also double great as wedding presents... hey, like I said, I'm a simple man, simple men steal exquisite cups.

Supernatural Skill

     Weapons Creation: Ultimate

  • Ranged Attack Only
  • Area Affect
  • Double Damage to l6v:Master Training
  • Multi-Attacks
  • Ranged and Melee Attack

I'm that way with everything really, even my own body. The human form might not be the most efficient, but it's certainly one of the most creative. A blade of grass from an impromptu little concert can be as effective as a razorblade come time to slit someone's throat. The coat I wear is excellent both for keeping out the cold and strangling someone off the ground to prevent them using any leverage. I'd tell you what I can do with a sword, but if you don't know what people usually do with swords, you're probably not bright enough to understand anyway, so let's not waste any time in case you are, hmm? So basically, I just have a way of working with what I have and getting the job done, and *that* is my talent.

Improvised Defense

     Damage Shield: Ultimate

  • Area Affect
  • Armor Piercing

Not to mention, it works both ways. You can't protect others if you can't even protect yourself, and the predator who focuses too much on the kill may find himself killed when he's not looking. So who's to say that chair I picked up has to be smashed on someone or something? There are always multiple facets to anything and everything. A chair is supposed to be sat on in the first place after all, who's to say it can't be used to block or parry an incoming blow if it can be used to deliver one? Or the copy of "Meditation for Dummies" I got for a friend has to be used for reading and not for cushioning a punch or kick? Multiple facets remember? Don't even get me started on can-openers. The flipside of offense is defense, and it isn't all that hard to flip it around.
