A Senator out of Florida now residing in Washington DC. He allowed a goverment suit of armor to be created which can creat an artificial gravity or completely get rid of gravity all together. His goal is to be elected president of the United States then to become complete dictator of the world. Now that he has this goverment suit it may not be that far off.

A pompus person who believes himself to be everyones bettter. No respect for women or gays he constantly has world domination on his mind and doesnt care who he hurts in the processes.

With the suit on he can change the gravity at will an example is picking up a car with ease and hurling it at a hero. Also being able to move large pieces of land mass at will. He once held a whole mall full of people to the ground just to test the suit. He has the ability to fly through the air by making his body as light as air. This trick also comes in handy by not allowing other supers to fly at all.
