Children of the Atom is an ongoing comic book series published by Marvel Comics beginning in 2021 starring a group of mutant vigilantes. It is written by Vita Ayala, and illustrated by Bernard Chang and Paco Medina.

Children of the Atom was originally announced in January 2020 for an April 2020 debut , but the series was delayed due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was eventually announced to come out on January 2021 and later re-scheduled for March 2021 debut. It was advertised as the introduction of the mutant children as the X-Men's sidekicks.

The series is part of the X-Men line's Reign of X , following the conclusion of X of Swords crossover.

The Children of the Atom are mutant vigilantes living outside of Krakoa as they were unable to pass through a gateway and enter Krakoa. On one of their mission, they stop the depowered Hell's Belles during a robbery.
