(start dramatic music) Untill the planet Vegita was destroyed, exterminating their kind forever, the Saiyans (tm & copyright, someone else) were one the most powerful and feared races in the galaxy... they were also the biggest mother @#$% sexist bastards in the universe. Female Saiyans, not born with tails and unable to transform into giant ape-beasts, (though they did do something similar during "that time of the month") were considered inferior warriors and second class citizens good for nothing besides reproduction. This was the environment Tomata had to grow up in; doinging just as much work and killing as many people as her male counterparts but being paid less for it; not getting promotions just because she refused to sleep with her boss; and basicly being treated as nothing more than a sex object in battlearmor... to be honest, she was kinda glad when the planet blew up. Afterwards instead of joining up with the rest of the surviving saiyans and resubjecting herself to the same male chauvinist crap she had to deal with all her life, Tomata decided to go independent by offering her fighting skills to the highest bidder as a freelance warrior.
